The Sister is strung out and doesn't care about life so losing the supply of serum is a great way to bring her back down to Earth. His son is trying to stop him because it's too late now thanks to the raiders. Originally posted by Greb:I think it's obvious that you kill him. It's lame, even for what it does.though if this was REAL LIFE I'd take immortality in a heartbeat of course. The reward you get for saving Lorenzo is a drug that'll give you massive Damage Resistance (pointless) and +5 Strength (meh) plus -10 Radiation a second (pfft, wrecks Nerd Rage) for 3600 seconds, that you have to keep going through loading screens to obtain more of. You get a sweet force gun, a sweet suit and sweet satisfaction knowing you've wrecked two selfish females aspiration of being beautiful forever. Ultimately the best thing to do is side with the Son.

The only "good" thing that comes from releasing Lorenzo is the fact you open the eyes of that damn Ghoul Edward Deacon who was giving his life for the family for very little in return.but in doing so you release an unstoppable murderer that doesn't age and can rip apart people with his mind into the world. The Mother just seems like a withered old shrew that should of died a long time ago.
